Classteacher pre & post evaluations

Here are ‘before’ and ‘after’ class teacher evaluation forms. As these do involve a bit of busy class teachers’ time, this is an optional part of the programme. They may be useful if you are running a research project into the intervention.

If these forms are not used you should, at a minimum, ask the class teacher about the pupils’:

  • IEP targets
  • relationship with adults
  • relationship with peers
  • relationship with learning in the classroom- particularly writing
  • National Curriculum levels for literacy
  • any other significant information that has been shared with the school
