Goodman’s Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ)

The Goodman’s SDQ is a standardised  questionnaire for 3-16 year olds that can be used as a before and after assessment to evaluate specific interventions. It assesses  five areas: emotional, conduct, hyperactivity, peer relationships and prosocial behaviour.

It has been positively correlated with the Rutter behavioural screening test and one of its particular benefits is that it is very quick to complete and the scoring can be done online ( .
